■Business Overview
Preservation, Utilization, and Monetization of Regional Resources - Transforming Historical Assets into Profitable Facilities
We breathes new life into Japan's historical gems, such as cultural properties, castles, shrines, and temples, transforming them into luxury boutique hotels, dining venues and MICE spaces. We operate 20+ properties across Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and more.
We pioneered Japan's first 'Castle Stay' (an overnight experience as the Lord of a restored castle), operated the innovative 'Dispersed Hotel' (conceptualizing an entire historical town as a hotel), and coordinated private business events and parties by exclusively renting cultural assets, shrines, temples, museums, and art galleries not accessible to the general public. We offer one-of-a-kind experiences by creating immersive cultural memories for international travelers.
