経営戦略や事業方針、企業文化・組織の重要なメッセージを社員に分かりやすく伝え、エンゲージメントと組織の一体感を高めることがミッション。各地域のビジネス priorities に沿って、社内コミュニケーション施策を企画・実行します。

また、シニアリーダーのメッセージ、タウンホール、プレゼンテーションなど、エグゼクティブコミュニケーションにも深く関与。APACのコミュニケーションリーダーやHR、各部門と連携しながら、経営と社員をつなぐ重要な役割を担います。

• 社内コミュニケーション戦略： 日本・ASEANのビジネス課題に沿った社内広報戦略・コミュニケーション計画を策定・実行
• コミュニケーション施策の企画・実行： 経営戦略、事業方針、企業文化、組織の重要事項を社員に分かりやすく伝える施策を推進
• エグゼクティブコミュニケーション： シニアリーダー向けのメッセージ、トーキングポイント、タウンホール、プレゼンテーション資料などを企画・作成
• リージョナル連携： APACのコミュニケーションリーダーや日本・ASEANの各ステークホルダーと連携し、地域に合わせた施策を展開
• HR・各部門との協働： HRや各ファンクションと連携し、組織課題やビジネスアップデートに合わせた社内コミュニケーションを実施
• 組織文化・エンゲージメント向上： 社員と経営層、企業戦略とのつながりを強化し、組織の一体感やエンゲージメント向上を支援
• コミュニケーション品質の管理： 経営・事業に関する情報を正確かつ一貫性のある形で社内に発信

Join a leading global industrial technology company as a Corporate Internal Communications Manager, driving employee communications across Japan and ASEAN. You will develop communication strategies that connect employees with business priorities, corporate values, and senior leadership while strengthening engagement across a diverse international organization. Working closely with regional executives, HR, and APAC communications teams, this role offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to shape internal communications within the automotive and industrial technology sectors.

• Lead internal communications initiatives across Japan and ASEAN to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and execute communication plans and programs aligned with regional and corporate business priorities.
• Create executive communications, including leadership messages, talking points, town hall content, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership profiles.
• Partner with senior regional leadership, HR, communications teams, and other functions to deliver consistent and effective employee communications.
• Translate complex business, product, and technical information into clear and engaging content for diverse internal audiences.
• Communicate corporate strategy, organizational updates, company culture, and values consistently across relevant channels.
• Strengthen connections between employees and leadership through timely, relevant, and engaging communications.
• Manage multiple communications projects and priorities in a fast-paced, multinational business environment.

必須条件経験・資格：

• マーケティング、社内広報、コーポレートコミュニケーション、PRなどの実務経験5年以上
• 社内コミュニケーション施策・プログラムの企画・実行経験
• 経営層向けのメッセージ、プレゼンテーション、タウンホール等のコミュニケーション支援経験
• 複雑な製品・事業内容や経営テーマを、社内の多様な対象者に分かりやすく伝えた経験
• 経営層、HR、各部門など複数のステークホルダーと連携した業務経験
• 大卒以上、または同等の資格

• 主体性と強いオーナーシップを持ち、自ら考えて行動できる方
• 複数の業務・優先事項を自律的に管理し、プレッシャーのある環境でも着実に実行できる方
• シニアステークホルダーに対して、落ち着きと信頼感を持って対応できる成熟した対人スキル

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, public relations, or a related communications function.
• Proven experience developing and executing communication programs and campaigns.
• Experience supporting executive communications, including leadership messaging, presentations, talking points, and town halls.
• Experience communicating complex business, product, or technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership, HR, regional teams, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant educational background.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage employees and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable operating under pressure in a fast-changing international environment.
• Mature, credible, patient, and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Fluent.

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or public relations within a multinational organization.
• Experience supporting regional communications across Japan, ASEAN, or APAC.
• Strong background in executive communications, particularly leadership messaging, town halls, and presentation development.
• Experience working within the automotive, industrial technology, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional regional stakeholders.
