Position:   Project Sales Manager (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

Salary:       70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 

Location:   Bangkok.

Our client is a specialized Water treatment Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Sales team to achieve sales revenue, profit, and business growth targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand project business opportunities in industrial and municipal sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.

• Oversee the preparation of technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations.

• Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, and team performance to ensure successful project conversion and delivery.

• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while driving continuous improvement in sales activities and customer satisfaction.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. 

• Minimum 5-10 years of sales or business development experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, EPC, or industrial project sales.

• Strong knowledge of water treatment,

• Good command of English (Business Level).

• Have own car and driving license.
