Job Description
Position: Project Sales Manager (Water & Wastewater Treatment)
Salary: 70,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok.
Our client is a specialized Water treatment Project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Sales team to achieve sales revenue, profit, and business growth targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand project business opportunities in industrial and municipal sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
Oversee the preparation of technical-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, and team performance to ensure successful project conversion and delivery.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members while driving continuous improvement in sales activities and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of sales or business development experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, environmental engineering, EPC, or industrial project sales.
Strong knowledge of water treatment,
Good command of English (Business Level).
Have own car and driving license.
