We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth IT operations, and maintaining reliable hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day technical support for users and resolve issues related to computers, applications, and network connectivity.

• Install, configure, and set up IT equipment and software based on internal requirements.

• Troubleshoot technical problems by identifying root causes and performing repairs, replacements, or system adjustments as needed.

• Maintain detailed records of support activities, incidents, and communication to ensure proper documentation.

• Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring the stability of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.

   

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

• Experience in the automotive sector will be an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in English (TOEIC 600+).

• Solid knowledge of computer systems, Windows environments, and LAN network configuration.

• Customer-oriented, energetic, adaptable, and a strong team player.
