【主な業務内容】

ITサポート・運用

• 店舗・オフィスのIT機器サポート（PC／プリンター／POS端末／モバイル等）

• 機器の設置・設定・保守・トラブル対応

• ネットワーク／システム障害の一次切り分けとエスカレーション

• ユーザーアカウント管理、IT資産台帳の更新

• 本社ホスティングの業務システムとの連携、ローカルアプリのサポート

• サーバー／ネットワークのパフォーマンスモニタリング（上位チームの指示のもと）

調整・ドキュメンテーション

• ベンダーや社内部門とのスケジュール調整・運用支援

• 資産管理、機器調達サポート、台帳の正確な維持

• 社内ITポリシーの遵守・改善、マニュアル更新への貢献

Position Summary

• Title: IT Specialist

• Location: Tokyo, 23 Wards

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥6,000,000

• Industry: Apparel / Fashion

• Languages: Business-level Japanese required, English preferred

About the Role

This position will support IT operations for both office and retail environments in Japan. You’ll work directly with staff, hardware, and systems, while also coordinating with vendors and regional/global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, POS, mobile)

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment per company standards

• Troubleshoot basic network and system issues, escalate when necessary

• Manage user accounts and IT asset inventory

• Support local business applications and coordinate with head office systems

• Monitor server/network performance under regional IT guidance

Coordination & Documentation

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on maintenance and issue resolution

• Assist in procurement and inventory management

• Follow IT policies and help update support documentation

【応募資格】

必須条件：

• ITサポート／システム管理などの実務経験3年以上

• ハードウェア／ソフトウェア／ネットワークの基本理解

• オフィスまたは店舗環境でのユーザー対応経験

• ベンダー調整や地域・グローバルIT体制との連携経験

• 複数業務をこなすマルチタスク力、問題解決力

• 日本語：ビジネス～ネイティブレベル

• 英語：読み書き・会話に抵抗がなければ尚可

• 日本国内での就労許可必須

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration

• Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networking

• Hands-on experience in office or retail end-user support

• Proven vendor coordination skills and ability to work in a regional/global IT setup

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities

• Business-level or native Japanese

• Valid Japan work visa

Nice-to-Haves:

• Proficiency in English

• Interest in fashion, retail tech, or consumer-facing technology
