Company Overview: Our client is an international trader in various products such as steel, coal, chemical, etc. 

Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB/month

Location: Bkk City

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive revenue growth.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and report sales results to executive leadership.

• Ensure the sales team is up-to-date with new product launches and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade sales management

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of English
