Company Overview: Our client is an international trader in various products such as steel, coal, chemical, etc.
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB/month
Location: Bkk City
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade sales strategies to achieve company revenue objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and report sales results to executive leadership.
Ensure the sales team is up-to-date with new product launches and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade sales management
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good command of English
