ニューヨーク市内を中心とした不動産賃貸市場において、顧客への物件紹介から成約までを一貫して担当する不動産賃貸営業職を募集しています。顧客対応力と現場対応力を活かしながら、オーナー・管理会社との調整を行い、最適な住居・オフィス提案を行うポジションです。
職務内容
賃貸物件の現地案内、紹介、および成約に向けた提案営業
顧客との現地待ち合わせによる内見対応
管理会社や関係先への訪問、マーケット調査
問い合わせ対応、ニーズヒアリング、フォローアップ
オーナーや管理会社との条件交渉、入居調整
営業活動に付随するシステム入力、レポート作成等の事務業務
応募資格
ニューヨーク州不動産ライセンス保持者、または取得意欲のある方
米国で就労可能なビザまたは就労資格を有する方
不動産営業、賃貸仲介、または顧客対応の実務経験
英語および日本語での実務対応力（読み書き・会話）
基本的なPCスキル（Email、Excel、Word 等）
勤務地 ニューヨーク州ニューヨーク市
勤務条件
勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（休憩1時間）
休日：週休2日制（ローテーション）、米国祝日
勤務形態：週3日オフィス出社を基本とし、内見等の営業スケジュールを優先 （試用期間中は週5日オフィス勤務）

給与 USD60,000 - 90,000 (コミッション含む）
福利厚生 医療保険と歯科保険(保険料の80％会社負担)、不動産ライセンス取得費用サポート(全額会社負担/条件あり)、有給休暇(年10日、初年度5日)、その他
