Responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the company, ensuring business targets, production, quality, and customer requirements are achieved.

Manage the overall daily operations of the company.
Lead and monitor all departments to achieve company targets.
Plan and implement business strategies for company growth.
Monitor production, quality, delivery, costs, and productivity.
Manage key customers and support business development.
Control costs and improve operational efficiency.
Manage employee performance and manpower matters.
Handle union matters and employee relations.
Ensure company policies, safety, and legal requirements are followed.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
8–10 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience in factory operations and production is an advantage.
Experience handling union matters and employee relations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
