■大手グローバル動画共有プラットフォームのコンテンツモデレーションにおいて■
モデレーション業務の判断に対する品質監査を実施し、品質トレンドの特定や分析を行うこ とで、品質・オペレーション関係者へ改善につながるインサイトを提供します。 コンテンツモデレーターの判断品質を監査・分析する QA アナリスト職になります！
【具体的には】
・投稿コンテンツの審査結果について品質チェックを実施
・ガイドラインに沿って、審査内容の正確性を確認
・品質データの集計・分析およびレポート作成
・品質向上に向けた課題や改善ポイントの特定
・異議申し立て案件のレビューおよび結果記録
・チームや関係部署との情報共有・品質基準のすり合わせ
・品質改善に関する提案および運用サポート
勤務地：溜池山王駅 または 勝どき駅周辺のオフィス
雇用形態：契約社員（初回契約はご入社から 6 ヵ月間）
