Job Description
Manage IT infrastructure service delivery and daily operations.
Lead technical teams and coordinate resources.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance.
Manage incidents, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
Communicate with clients and global stakeholders in Japanese and English.
