Job Description

Main focus will be monitoring existing projects status, participating in regular meeting and analyze construction progress, sales, finance and resolve related issue, maintaining relations with existing partners, supporting Japanese expats in daily activities. Make sure projects are in line with initial business plan and cash flow is safe. 
Expanding property network in Indonesia by participating in property event or exhibition, conducting market research, collecting latest property news such as new project and regulation matters etc.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends, competitor movements, property valuations, recent regulations. 

• Partnership & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other developers, landowners, vendors and banks. 

• Feasibility Studies: Identify and evaluate potential lands or properties for development or joint-venture projects. Assist in creating / checking financial models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for proposed property projects.

Job Qualification

• Experience: +3 years of experience in Business Development specifically within the property or real estate industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Network: Possess a strong property network is preferred.

• Skills: FS analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills, good understanding of property law and land acquisition processes, ability to read market data and translate it into actionable business strategies.

• Language: Fluent Indonesia and English. Japanese language not mandatory but is a plus.
