About the position
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll work on a dedicated team handling the infrastructure, observability, and dev support that their various services need to function. You’ll have a lot of freedom in deciding how best to manage operations, and take advantage of various tools to automate as much as possible.
Tech Stack includes:
- TypeScript, NodeJS, React.
- MongoDB, AWS (ECS, CloudFront, S3, SQS, Lambda)
- Vercel, Redis, Pulumi.

Required Skills
Experience Requirements:
- Confident understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Production experience working with observability / monitoring platforms.
- Experience in maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions in multi-cloud production environments (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience working with container-based environments (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
- Business-level English required, and Conversational Japanese or willingness to learn preferred.
Nice to have's:
While not specifically required, let us know if you’re familiar with:
- Maintaining and tuning Postgres (Aurora PostgreSQL) or MongoDB (Atlas).
- Maintaining and tuning Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.
