AI Engineer | Gen AI Apps for Coaching & Leadership

Leading provider of organizational coaching in Japan is looking for an AI Engineer.

Responsibilities:
You will be working on our AI related projects including (but not limited to):
- Original AI coaching chatbot
- AI generated automated reports on clients' leadership
- Coaching question suggestion system

Working Hours: 9:30-17:30
Working Style: Hybrid (Work at the office as needed, typically about 3–4 times per month)

Required Skills:
- Experience in Python
- Some experience in a python-based web framework, preferably django or fastapi
- Hands-on experience working with prompt writing, LLMs, vector databases, and embedding models
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- Japanese： Intermediate (N3+)
- English： Fluent

Nice to Have:
- Ability to speak both English and Japanese to some level
- Some knowledge of Django
- Knowledge of AWS
- Familiarity with MCP
- Background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
