工業団地開発・運営企業にて土木技術スーパーバイザーの募集です。
大規模な工業団地の開発・運営を手がける企業において、インフラ整備や造成開発を技術面から支える重要なポジションです。道路や排水設備、土地造成などの開発プロジェクトに発注者側に近い立場で携わり、現地技術者やコンサルタント、経営層と連携しながらプロジェクト全体を推進していただきます。豊富な土木経験を活かし、工業団地のインフラ開発を技術的な観点からリードできるやりがいの大きな環境です。
道路・排水設備・造成工事などの計画内容の確認
外部業者から提出される見積書および工事内容の査定
工事の進捗管理および工程管理
コントラクターやコンサルタントとの各種調整業務
追加工事や設計変更に関する技術的な検証
経営層への技術レポート作成および報告
工業団地内インフラ開発プロジェクトの技術的支援および推進
土木分野における知識・実務経験
工事内容や見積書の妥当性を技術的観点から判断できる能力
プロジェクト全体を俯瞰しながら業務を推進できる方
英語で日常会話レベル以上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
インドネシア語で日常会話レベル以上のコミュニケーションが可能な方
現地スタッフや関係者と円滑な調整ができる方
