PR/124082 | Production Manager

This is role will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling all plywood manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, product quality, operational efficiency, safety standards, and profitability objectives are achieved.

• Lead daily plywood manufacturing operations.

• Ensure, monitor, and Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production efficiency.

• Drive productivity enhancement and waste reduction programs.

• Improve yield recovery and plywood production processes.

• Establish best manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure products comply with customer specifications and company quality standards.

• Control production costs including raw materials, labor, energy, glue consumption, and maintenance expenses.

• Monitor manufacturing budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Improve material utilization and reduce waste generation.

• Lead and develop supervisors, foremen, and production operators. Including conduct performance evaluation, workforce engagement and productivity, and safety continuous improvement culture. 

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and government regulations.

• Work closely with relevant teams such as Maintenance, Procurement, PPIC, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.

   

  Job Requirements : 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing operations.

• Preferred background in plywood, wood processing, engineered wood, or related industries.

• Willing to relocate to East Java.

• Good command of English.
