Job Description
A rapidly growing global travel technology company is expanding its technology team and offering an exciting opportunity to work across the Asia-Pacific region. This Jakarta-based role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, client solutions, and system integration within the travel industry.
As a Commercial Technology Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless system connectivity and delivering technical excellence to clients and partners
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system functionality and API integrations
Monitor, maintain, and optimize API connectivity with partners and clients to ensure system reliability and performance
Provide hands-on technical support across multiple communication channels (e.g., email, chat, calls)
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve system functionality and client experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Application Support roles
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an added advantage
Solid understanding of API technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, or similar)
Proficiency in SQL queries and database concepts
Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Fresh graduates with relevant technical background or internship experience are encouraged to apply
