職務内容
- 社内ユーザーからのIT関連問い合わせ対応（電話・メール・チケット）
- ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワークに関する一次対応
- Microsoft 365環境におけるユーザーアカウント管理
- インシデントの記録、分類、エスカレーション対応
- ナレッジベース、運用手順書、FAQなどのドキュメント作成・更新
