Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand the automotive coatings business in Thailand.
Provide professional support to vacation ownership members via phone and email
- Assist customers with resort and hotel booking arrangements
- Handle annual maintenance fee payments and related inquiries
- Update and manage ownership records, membership details, and points balances
- Support customers with loan account information and account-related requests
Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with business-level English communication skills
- Background in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or call center operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience (required for visa eligibility)
