Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the automotive coatings business in Thailand.

• Provide professional support to vacation ownership members via phone and email

• Assist customers with resort and hotel booking arrangements
• Handle annual maintenance fee payments and related inquiries
• Update and manage ownership records, membership details, and points balances
• Support customers with loan account information and account-related requests

• Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
   

Requirements.

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, with business-level English communication skills
• Background in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or call center operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience (required for visa eligibility)
