Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead HROD strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive organization development, culture, and employee experience.
Manage talent, succession, and leadership development.
Oversee performance management and KPI alignment.
Develop career paths and competency frameworks.
Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Partner with leaders on capability building and change management.
Drive organizational restructuring and workforce transformation.
Standardize HR policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Leverage HR analytics to support decision-making.
Lead the HROD team and key HR projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Around 12–18 years of HR experience, with significant experience in HR Strategy / Organization Development / Talent Management.
At least 5 years in HR management or senior manage
Good command of English.
Currently working with a leading multinational company in the logistics and transportation industry, supporting HR functions within a large-scale organization operating across multiple countries in the region.
