Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen the organization's people strategy and HR operations.
Job Description:
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
Drive employee performance, productivity, and workplace culture through effective HR programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and related HR projects.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has 5 - 10 years of experience in HR managerial role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
