職務内容現地法人における経営戦略・事業戦略の立案および実行
市場調査、競合分析、データ分析を通じた事業成長戦略の策定
販売計画、物流、在庫管理、生産計画など事業運営全般の統括
事業運営に関する各種数値管理およびKGI・KPIの設定・運用
現地人材の採用、育成、組織構築およびマネジメント
本社および各種ステークホルダーとの連携・交渉・関係構築
海外拠点の立ち上げおよびオペレーション構築・運営
市場調査、仮説設計、データ分析を活用した戦略立案経験
マネジメント経験
社内外のステークホルダーとの交渉・折衝経験
Excelを活用したシミュレーション作成経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力
経営戦略・事業戦略の策定経験をお持ちの方歓迎
多国籍チームのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方歓迎
海外での事業立ち上げ・運営経験をお持ちの方歓迎
新規事業の立ち上げ・推進経験をお持ちの方歓迎
高いリーダーシップを発揮し、自ら事業成長を推進できる方

想定年収：1,200 ~ 1,400万円程度
