主な業務内容：
- 企業およびホスピタリティイベントの物流調整
- ベンダーとの連絡および契約交渉
- イベントの予算管理およびコスト管理の支援
- イベントのマーケティングおよびプロモーション活動のサポート
- イベントスケジュールとタイムラインの管理による期限遵守
- イベント管理ソフトウェアを使用したイベント詳細の追跡
- 社内チームと連携し、イベント目標の整合
- イベント開催中の現場サポートおよび問題解決
応募条件：
- 日本語ネイティブレベルの言語能力
- イベント企画またはコーディネーションの経験
- 旅行代理店、イベント、ホテル業界での経験
- MICE（会議、インセンティブ、会議、展示会）分野の知識
- イベント管理ソフトウェア（例：Cvent、Eventbrite）の使用経験があれば尚可だが必須ではない
- 基本的な予算管理およびベンダー交渉スキル
