工場長として、生産管理、品質管理、人材マネジメント、コスト管理、安全衛生、法令遵守など、工場運営全般をリードしていただきます。
新工場の立ち上げフェーズから参画いただき、組織構築や運営体制の整備など、裁量を持って事業成長に貢献いただけるポジションです。

・食品製造業における管理職経験
・工場運営に関する知識・経験
・生産管理、品質管理、コスト管理の経験
・組織マネジメント経験
・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
・英語：ビジネスレベル以上

・食品加工工場での工場長経験
・ペットフード業
