本ポジションでは、AIサーバーおよびGPUサーバーを支えるデータセンター設備の運用・保守を担当し、安定稼働、高可用性、信頼性の確保に貢献していただきます。

業務内容
- AIデータセンター設備の運用、保守、トラブルシューティング：電源設備、空調・冷却設備、液冷（Liquid Cooling）システム など
- 設備点検、予防保全、障害・インシデント対応、システム性能の最適化
- AIサーバーおよびGPUサーバー向けインフラ設備の設置、テスト、導入をサポート
- ベンダーおよび社内チームと連携し、設備改善や日常の運用業務をサポート
- 技術文書、保守記録、サービスレポートなどの作成・管理

A Global AI and Manufacturing firm is seeking a AI Datacenter Field Engineer to support its rapidly growing AI data center business. This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of data center facilities supporting AI servers and GPU servers, helping ensure stable operations, high availability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AI data center facilities, including power, cooling, and liquid cooling systems
- Conduct facility inspections, preventive maintenance, incident response, and system performance optimization
- Support the installation, testing, and deployment of infrastructure for AI servers and GPU servers
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support facility improvements and daily operations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and service reports
