【コミッショニング計画管理】
・マスターコミッショニング計画の策定・管理
・システム優先順位、準備状況トラッカー、2週間先の計画管理
・試運転開始前に図面、手順書、資材、工具、許可証、ベンダー支援体制等の準備状況を確認
【チェックリスト・手順管理】
・承認済み手順に基づくチェックリストの進捗管理
・不十分な証跡や不適切な承認を防止
・コミッショニング管理システムの運用および更新
【現場試運転リード】
・日々の現場巡回および試運転準備確認
・P&ID、レイアウト図、ベンダーマニュアル、制御ロジックおよび運転シーケンスとの整合性確認
・通電およびスタートアップ前の最終確認
【関係者調整・課題解決】
・建設、電気、自動化、機械、プロセス、HSE、QA/QC、運転部門およびベンダーとの調整
・課題を明確な担当者・期限・アクションへ落とし込み推進
【レポーティング・引渡し】
・英語による日次／週次レポート作成
・進捗状況、課題、必要な意思決定事項、今後48時間の計画を報告
・運転部門への引渡しパッケージ完成管理

Required Skills
【必須】
・コミッショニング、スタートアップまたは産業プラント運転分野における10～15年以上の経験
・コミッショニングチームまたはパッケージ管理経験5年以上
・機械設備、プロセス設備、ポンプ、バルブ、水処理設備、計装設備、PLC/SCADA、ユーティリティ設備に関する幅広い知識
・P&ID、電気図面、自動化図面、ベンダーマニュアル、FAT/SAT資料等を理解できる方
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（レポート作成、会議、ベンダー対応）
