Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports.
Monitor production KPIs, productivity, efficiency, yield, and output achievement.
Support production planning and forecasting activities.
Identify operational issues and recommend improvement actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
Familiar with KPI monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams.
