PR/124016 | Production Planning Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports.

• Monitor production KPIs, productivity, efficiency, yield, and output achievement.

• Support production planning and forecasting activities.

• Identify operational issues and recommend improvement actions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.

• Familiar with KPI monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams.
