Overview
Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to lead finance, accounting, and tax operations for its Japan business. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the CFO and Group Finance, and lead a big finance team. The position features a hybrid work setup with flextime, based in Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities
- J-GAAP決算・税務・監査・J-SOXを統括
- 日本財務チーム（約20名）を管理・育成
- CFO・経営陣への財務報告
- ERP（NetSuite等）・AI/自動化による業務改善
- グローバル基準との整合、予算・予測・税務対応を管理
Requirements
- 財務・経理における7〜10年の実務経験
- J-GAAP、連結決算、監査、税務、J-SOXの実務経験
- 大規模なチームのマネジメント経験
- CFO・経営陣への報告能力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル必須、英語・IFRS・NetSuiteの経験は尚可
