Job Responsible
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and group reporting requirements.
Perform financial analysis on sales, gross profit, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights on key variances and business performance.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations, journal reviews, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Support budgeting, audits, tax matters, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and headquarters.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CPA equivalent.
3 to 5 years relevant experience, ideally in accounting firms/BPO/shared services.
Strong understanding of full set accounting, IFRS standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
