Company Overview:

Our client is a food ingredients manufacturer specializing in margarine, shortening, and specialty fats and oils for the bakery, confectionery, and food processing industries across Southeast Asia.

Currently they are looking for Sales Executive/ Assistant Sales manager to home-based in KL and require travel to Johor for events and reporting.

Job Description:

• Manage customer and distributor relationships through regular visits and after-sales support.

• Promote company products and identify sales opportunities.

• Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, and reports.

• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

• Review contracts and recommend pricing strategies.

• Monitor market trends and customer feedback.

• Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and support sales projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food ingredients, bakery ingredients, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.

• Experience managing distributors, key accounts, and industrial customers.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willing to travel frequently to Johor (HQ). 

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin due to market that support.

• Understanding of the bakery, confectionery, and food manufacturing market.
