A Global Automobile Company is seeking for an experienced Network Architect & Operations Specialist to design, implement, migrate, and support a global enterprise network environment as part of a large-scale IT transformation program.

This role is responsible for enterprise network architecture, infrastructure migration, operational excellence, and long-term ownership of the enterprise network environment. You will collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable network solutions while ensuring stable and secure operations across enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network architecture across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and data center environments.
- Plan and execute enterprise network and infrastructure migration projects.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and operational stability.
- Support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Patch Management.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to enterprise IT transformation initiatives and network modernization.
- Support infrastructure projects by coordinating planning, implementation, and long-term operational improvements.

Working Hours: 8:00-17:00／9:00-18:00-No Core Time, flexible working hours
Working Style: 5 days’ work in office
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays

- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting enterprise network environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, hybrid, and data center infrastructure.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Patch Management.
- Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure migration or network transformation projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
