Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for all roles
• Develop and execute hiring strategies with business leaders
• Lead campus recruiting initiatives and engagement
• Build relationships with universities and external partners
• Enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Manage recruiting data and ATS records for insights
• Promote diversity through targeted sourcing strategies
• Lead employer branding initiatives in the market

Requirements:

• 4-6 years recruitment experience in professional services or consulting
• Japanese language proficiency (mandatory)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in campus recruiting and talent attraction strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
