Job Description
Regional OCM Lead – Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead regional change management execution aligned to the global OCM strategy.
- Tailor global change approaches to regional cultural norms and ways of working.
- Serve as the primary OCM point of contact for the region within the global program.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and sponsorship through region-appropriate engagement.
- Design and execute regional change and communication plans aligned with global messaging.
- Oversee localization of training and enablement materials (beyond translation).
- Ensure role-based, persona-driven training delivery for regional user groups.
- Support manager-led and peer-led adoption and reinforcement activities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate region-specific adoption risks and resistance.
- Coordinate closely with global OCM, training, and program leadership teams.
- Monitor readiness, training completion, and adoption metrics for the region.
- Support onboarding, post–go-live reinforcement, and release-based enablement.
