Our client, an independent global pharmaceutical group, is seeking a BI & Data Director for their Tokyo office to establish a core data and reporting infrastructure. This newly created role offers the unique opportunity to build a unified data platform from the ground up, consolidating multiple data sources into a reliable foundation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain BI dashboards for business performance
• Build a centralized cloud-based data platform
• Clean, reconcile, and structure incoming data
• Develop a data governance framework
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with Field Force Effectiveness and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or information systems
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks
• Ability to work independently and build infrastructure from scratch
• Familiarity with data cleaning and reconciliation processes

要件:

• BI、データ分析、または情報システムでの5年以上の経験
• Power BI、Tableau、またはQlikの経験
• 製薬業界での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
• 技術的および非技術的な利害関係者に対する強力なコミュニケーションスキル
• クラウドベースのデータプラットフォームの経験
• データガバナンスフレームワークの知識
• 独立して作業し、ゼロからインフラストラクチャーを構築する能力
• データのクリーン化および調整プロセスに精通していること
