Job Description
Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Staff to support Quality Management System implementation and ensure compliance with quality standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance
✅ Conduct internal audits and follow up corrective actions
✅ Monitor compliance with ISO standards and company procedures
✅ Analyze quality issues and support improvement initiatives
✅ Coordinate with related departments on quality-related matters
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
✅ 1.5~3.5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related functions
✅ Strong understanding of ISO standards and audit processes
✅ Internal Auditor certification is preferred
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
