Job Description
- Provide on-site technical assistance to key regional accounts (including NXP, ADI, Infineon, UTAC, and Microchip) to ensure optimal product performance and handling.
- Support new product settings, evaluations, and buy-off procedures with customers for critical packaging profiles.
- Assist clients with product installation, basic routine maintenance, drawing simulations, and continuous operational observation on the test floor.
- Enhance and troubleshoot customer test operations utilizing Yokowo products.
- Provide immediate, urgent support for test floor operational issues, executing corrective actions with speed and efficiency to minimize line downtime.
- Gather and analyze field data regarding yield rates, defect metrics, and overall performance of test sockets and pogo pins (including behavior on different test handlers).
- Deliver systematic data feedback, customer requirements, claims, and market intelligence to Yokowo engineering teams to drive design modifications and product function improvements.
