We are hiring a hands-on CNC Production Leader for a precision engineering company. You will be leading the CNC machining team, driving daily production, quality, and efficiency. This is for someone who enjoys being on the shopfloor, coaching people, and solving problems in real-time.

Location to work: Sepang
Production Operations
Lead daily CNC machining operations and workforce activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
Resolve production issues and support smooth operations.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Support compliance with ISO requirements and company procedures
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop operators, technicians, and machinists.
Promote a safe, disciplined, and high-performance work environment.
Support employee training and skills development.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor production KPIs, productivity, quality, and downtime.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Job Requirements: -
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Machining, or related field
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of CNC machining, quality systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement practices
Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen initiatives is an advantage
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
