Job Description

  • Ensure balanced production capacity across all processes by aligning demand forecasts with manufacturing capabilities, and plan press machine requirements for stamping, housing, and over molding.

  • Monitor and optimize production tool performance with component and assembly teams to ensure capacity targets are met and issues are addressed quickly.

  • Managed production costs by partnering with PCO and assembly teams to identify savings opportunities and ensure cost targets were achieved.

  • Drive continuous product design enhancements with DG/VG engineering teams and ensure timely resolution of design issues.

  • Coordinate AR submissions, collect key data from PCO and assembly sites, and prepare operational plans and cost models.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

  • 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or NPI in a production environment. (Preferrable)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Asana or similar project management tools.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. Excellent conduct of written and spoken English is a must.
