Job Description
Ensure balanced production capacity across all processes by aligning demand forecasts with manufacturing capabilities, and plan press machine requirements for stamping, housing, and over molding.
Monitor and optimize production tool performance with component and assembly teams to ensure capacity targets are met and issues are addressed quickly.
Managed production costs by partnering with PCO and assembly teams to identify savings opportunities and ensure cost targets were achieved.
Drive continuous product design enhancements with DG/VG engineering teams and ensure timely resolution of design issues.
Coordinate AR submissions, collect key data from PCO and assembly sites, and prepare operational plans and cost models.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or NPI in a production environment. (Preferrable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Asana or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills. Excellent conduct of written and spoken English is a must.
