Job Description
A leading company in the Food Industry is currently looking for a Sales and Export Executive to join their team. The role consists of approximately 30% domestic sales and 70% export operations.
Job Description
Domestic Sales:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Develop new customers
Sales activities targeting retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients
Sales management and planning of sales strategies
Propose and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
Collect market and competitor information
Export Operations:
Communicate with overseas clients (mainly in ASEAN)
Arrange and prepare export documentation (e.g., Phytosanitary Certificate, Invoice, Packing List)
Coordinate shipments with forwarders
Arrange and manage customs-related procedures
Manage export schedules and handle any issues or disruptions
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in export operations or trade administration
Proficiency in English and Malay for business communication
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in food, fresh produce, or agricultural industries
Experience in import/export operations
Work experience with logistics companies or freight forwarders
