Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java EE development expertise.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and operating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale online platforms, including incident management and production troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build pipelines, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Strong ability to independently design and develop high-performance, scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Senior-level engineering experience with the ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead projects.
- Experience developing solutions using container technologies such as Docker.
- Valid visa inside of Japan
- Experience designing and developing systems using RDBMS, KVS, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework ecosystem.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing monitoring solutions using tools such as Grafana.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve software development processes and productivity.
