• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java EE development expertise.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and operating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience supporting large-scale online platforms, including incident management and production troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build pipelines, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Strong ability to independently design and develop high-performance, scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Senior-level engineering experience with the ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead projects.
• Experience developing solutions using container technologies such as Docker.
• Valid visa inside of Japan
