職務概要
このポジションでは、売掛金管理および請求業務の正確性向上を目的として、受注データや請求書の確認、入金管理、銀行勘定調整などを担当します。また、月次・年次決算や監査対応をサポートするとともに、継続的な業務改善活動を推進していただきます。
職務内容
受注データおよび請求書の確認・検証
SCM部門との連携によるデータ修正および精度向上
入金処理および売掛金管理
各種控除内容の確認およびSAPへの適切な反映
銀行口座管理および銀行勘定調整
売掛金関連レポート作成
顧客マスターデータ管理
月次・年次決算サポート
外部監査対応サポート
会計システムの維持管理
業務改善活動および特別プロジェクトへの参画
応募資格
会計、財務または関連分野の学士号
経理経験3～5年
CPA資格保持者または受験中の方歓迎
Excelスキル
SAPまたはERPシステムの使用経験
勤務地 カリフォルニア州アーバイン
