Job Description:
* Cooperating with Estimation Division in making calculations of Cost Summary that will be used for Quotation; 
* Verifying customer’s order, including specification and scope of work; 
* Checking location of project if necessary; 
* Making inquiry and request Quotation to the subcontractor ME, by attaching basic design drawings, scope of work, specification and BQ (if necessary); 
* Reviewing and analyzing the Quotation & Drawing from Subcontractors M/E by considering the price, time, scope of work and quality of work / material. 
* Receiving and checking system that proposed by Subcontractors; 
* Comparing Quotation of Suppliers / Subcontractors with each other; 
* Negotiating prices to Supplier / Subcontractors; 
* Instruct, control and check the working result of M/E Engineer if necessary; 
* Reviewing specification in Project; 
* Checking design calculation; 
* Monitoring prices of materials / equipment; 
* Supervising work of subcontractors on site if necessary.

Requirements: 
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical majoring from reputable university with GPA 3.00. 
* Must have exp min. 3 years as Site Engineer ME. 
* Strong understanding of MEP systems is a must. 
* Had an Experiences min. 3 years at Subcontractor ME. 
* Strong Leadership and knowing well about Project Schedule. 
* Able to reading drawing of General Mechanical and Electrical of low and high voltage with variety of problems and solutions. 
* Understand the basic and government regulations related to mechanical & electrical work. 
* Familiar with construction materials and tools. 
* Initiative & Communicate person, working with tight dateline, independent, diligent, able work as a team, fast learning. 
* Fluently in English both oral & written (Must)
