Job Title:                       Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking, JLPTN2)  * automotive rubber and plastic part *

Location:                       Ayutthaya (Industrial Area)

Job Type:                       Full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:00 - 17:00 (1 Saturday/Month)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in B2B Sales. 

• Background in manufacturing industry, rubber and plastic automotive part is highly preferred. 

• Management experience with a proactive and sales personality is highly advantage. 

• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).

• Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPTN2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Sales Team, including manage, coach, and supervise subordinate staff. 

• Maintain good relationships with the existing clients while develop new potential business partners within automotive industry and other industries. 

• Perform a negotiation with client on pricing, delivery schedule, and other process related matters. 

• Handle sales documents such as quotation, invoice, sales report, client’s requests/inquiries, etc. 

• Develop and implement sales plan and sales forecast. 

• Coordinate with Japan Headquarter.

• Other tasks assigned.
