We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Staff. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving internal business systems and web applications that support daily operations and business growth. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal systems and web applications using PHP and SQL to support business operations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and reliability.

• Use technologies such as JavaScript, RPA, AI, OCR, and Power BI to help automate processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

• Provide day-to-day IT support, resolve system issues, and work with external vendors when needed.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through technology.

• Support IT governance, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes and technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in web application development using PHP and SQL, including database design and maintenance.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support business-critical systems.

• Knowledge or experience in JavaScript, RPA, AI, OCR, and/or Power BI is preferred.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with users and external vendors.
