マーケット戦略およびプランニングマネージャーとして、東京に拠点を置き、消費財業界における市場分析と戦略計画を担当します。このポジションでは、売上部門と連携しながら、事業成長を推進するための計画立案と実行を担っていただきます。

- 市場分析を通じて、事業成長のためのデータドリブンな戦略を策定する
- 売上部門と協力して、マーケットプランニングを推進する
- 競合分析を行い、戦略に反映する
- 部門横断的なプロジェクトを管理し、目標達成をサポートする
- 市場動向をモニタリングし、新たなビジネスチャンスを特定する
- 予算計画を策定し、実行状況を追跡・報告する
- 各種ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う
- 重要なKPIを設定し、成果を評価する
